Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Acumen Freight Services Co. W. L. L., located in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling payroll. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and assisting in audits. The Accountant will actively collaborate with other departments to ensure financial strategies align with organizational goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and general ledger management Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and audit processes Skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
