Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Creative Director with extensive experience in luxury events

to lead the creative vision and execution of our high-end projects. The ideal candidate has a

strong portfolio showcasing a variety of sophisticated events and the ability to conceptualize

and execute unique, awe-inspiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision for luxury events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and

brand standards.

Develop innovative themes, concepts, and design elements for weddings, corporate events,

and social occasions.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences.

Oversee the execution of décor, staging, lighting, AV,and overall event aesthetics.

Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering innovation and excellence.

Maintain and present an impressive portfolio to showcase previous high-end events.

Stay updated on global trends in luxury event design and experiential marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Event Designer in luxury event planning.

Extensive portfolio of high-profile weddings and events.

Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-end events simultaneously.

Knowledge of luxury brands, décor trends, and Qatar market preferences is a plus.
