We are seeking a Fit-Out Engineer with solid experience in interior fit-out projects in Qatar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, basic design coordination, and commercial support related to fit-out works, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals.
- Ensure works are executed in compliance with QCS standards, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and handover activities.
- Assist in project pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings for fit-out works.
- Simple use of autocad for the drafts drawings.
- Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications when required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fit-out / interior works.
- Previous work experience in Qatar is mandatory.
- Experience in basic and practical use of AutoCAD (reviewing drawings, simple modifications, and quantity extraction).
- Knowledge of project pricing, cost estimation, and quantity take-off for fit-out works.
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and site execution practices.
- Familiarity with QCS, QCDD requirements, and consultant approval procedures.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
