Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing and verifying financial transactions related to inventory, intercompany accounts, and aftersales operations. This role ensures accuracy in invoice processing, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies while supporting smooth financial operations across multiple brands.

Job Responsibility:
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all brands.
- Monitor and reconcile all suspense accounts related to inventory and GRNs.
- Monitor daily invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Book intercompany invoices and perform reconciliations.
- Book all clearing expenses related to parts purchases.
- Monitor customs-related invoices and coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments.
- Manage petty cash.
- Verify and validate service contracts.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records related to the job.
- Perform audit checks on parts write-offs and stock adjustments, including reconciliations and entries.
- Reconcile sublet accounts and subcontract stock accounts.
- Raise e-requests for finance/admin department requirements and pantry supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting finance with any professional qualifications such as CA/CPA/CIMA/CMA.

Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive or similar industry.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, aftersales).
