Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer located in Doha, Qatar. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating debt collection efforts, maintaining records of customer accounts, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding payments. The role involves analyzing customer accounts, resolving payment disputes, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
