1- Interior Design:

·     Attends, confers, and advises clients to determine architectural preferences, purpose and function   of environment, interior design factors.

·     Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, illustrations, Photoshop, and Sketch Up.

·     Preparing plans, designs (Layout, Electrical, Ceiling…), elevations & sections for interior environments of residential and commercial using AutoCAD and other tools.

·     Estimates material requirements and costs from plans & drawings.

·     Presents designs to clients for approval. 

·     To ensure that all quotations are followed up with the decision maker.

·     Supervision of work when needed.

2 - Sales:

·     Promote, sell company products & services, negotiate and maintain a strong work relationship with clients/customers, designers, decision makers, and initiate contacts with other relevant agents.

·     Collect inquires and prepare submittals (quotations, catalogs, samples) & ensure that all quotations are followed up with decision maker.

·        Coordination with principal companies.

·        Identify innovative methods of promoting company and its services to clients.

·        Identify ways to reach turnover targets and overpass it.

·        Follow up for collection payment.

·     Monitoring product, services behavior (customer reactions) and Handling customer complaints, if any and ensure a good feedback system.
