  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong ties with existing clients for retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product features to offer effective solutions.
  • Reporting & Admin: Tracking sales activities in CRM software (like Salesforce), forecasting, and preparing reports for management.
