???? Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR operations and align organizational goals with employees and key stakeholders. The role involves recruitment, client coordination, employee engagement, workforce mobilization, and close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and business operations.

???? Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within GCC countries.

• Experience in recruitment, manpower mobilization, and client management.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exposure to HR strategies, HRIS, and workforce engagement preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management or related fields.

• HR certifications (sPHRi / SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / HRBP 2.0) preferred or willingness to acquire.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and projects.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing workforce requirements and concerns.

• Understand manpower needs including job roles, quantity, location, duration, and services required.

• Create role-specific screening criteria and ensure submitted CVs meet client specifications.

• Source candidates using job portals, digital platforms, social media, and other channels.

• Screen CVs, applications, and legal documents for accuracy and authenticity.

• Conduct interviews via phone, video, in-person, and on-site.

• Manage offer letters, onboarding, and post-hiring coordination with clients and candidates.

• Handle visa processes, mobilization, QVC appointments, travel, and deployment formalities.

• Organize induction, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Act as the single point of contact for client management and employee relations.

• Address employee issues, coordinate with ER teams, and ensure timely resolution.

• Arrange quick replacements for resigned or exited employees without compromising quality.

• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records and HR data.

• Coordinate with Administration and Finance for timesheets, invoices, and payments.

• Ensure timely submission of employee and client data for smooth financial processing.
