The role includes assisting clients with visit and work visa guidance, tourism packages, and international tours, as well as managing our social media presence and engaging audiences through live sessions on TikTok and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients on visa requirements and application processes
- Promote travel and tour packages online and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and social media
- Go live on TikTok and create engaging travel-related content
- Manage social media accounts, posts, and campaigns
- Meet sales and engagement targets
