Job description:
**MUST BE ARABIC SPEAKER
Experience: 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within trauma, orthopedic, or a related clinical field.
Education : A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business is
preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Drive sales of orthopedic implants and surgical instruments, achieving targets and expanding business within assigned territory.
- Provide expert in-theater support to surgeons during trauma surgeries, ensuring correct implant use and instrument handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, theatre managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and educational programs for hospital staff and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform sales approaches.
- Manage product inventory, demo stock, orders, and CRM records.
- Maintain on-call availability for emergency cases, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
