Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in ERP development, module customization, and system integration. The ideal candidate must have solid technical expertise in Odoo frameworks and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions. This role requires relocation to Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business requirements.
- Implement new features and improve existing functionalities within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs and third-party connectors.
- Perform end-to-end development including backend logic, workflows, UI modifications, and reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement robust solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, documentation, and version control practices.
- Optimize system performance and ensure smooth deployment of updates.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users when required.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
Strong expertise in:
- Odoo ORM, Python coding, XML, QWeb.
- Customizing and developing Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Odoo architecture (front-end and backend).
- API integrations and third-party connectors.
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
