We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced dermatological products, including filler and Botox solutions, as well as other dermatology devices, to healthcare professionals such as dermatologists and clinic owners. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory. As a Sales Medical Representative, you will serve as the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about our innovative products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for filler, Botox, and dermatology devices.
- Conduct regular visits to dermatology clinics and healthcare professionals to present and promote our products, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and applications of each solution.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals and address any inquiries they may have regarding our filler and Botox offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the dermatology sector, focusing on clinics and practitioners specializing in aesthetic treatments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to filler and Botox products to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of dermatologists and clinic owners, highlighting the advantages and efficacy of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of our dermatology devices.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for effective follow-up.
- Attend industry conferences and events related to dermatology and aesthetic medicine to network and promote our products effectively.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the dermatology industry, including new advancements in filler and Botox technologies and treatment methodologies.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or dermatological industry, with specific experience in filler and Botox products or dermatology devices.
- Strong understanding of dermatological products and the aesthetic healthcare market, particularly in relation to fillers, Botox, and related devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals in dermatology clinics and aesthetic practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and meet client needs in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the aesthetic dermatology sector.
