The Intern - HR will support the Human Resources department with administrative, recruitment, and employee engagement tasks while gaining practical exposure to HR operations. This internship is designed primarily as a learning and development opportunity for students, recent graduates, or aspiring professionals who want to build foundational HR skills in a real workplace environment.
Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities
During the internship, the HR Intern will have the opportunity to observe, assist, and learn through hands-on involvement in various HR activities, including:
- Posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates under supervision.
- Setting interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
- Assisting with employee onboarding activities.
- Planning and organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing communication materials for HR announcements and updates.
- Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and maintaining related records.
- Learning and assisting with basic HR compliance procedures and documentation.
- Participating in HR meetings and contributing ideas to process improvements.
- Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Duration & Work Schedule
- Duration: Typically 3–6 months (flexible depending on academic requirements).
- Work Schedule: Part-time or full-time options may be provided; schedule to be mutually agreed upon.
