Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Low Voltage Switchgear Production Manager. The manager will oversee the entire production process of low voltage switchgear systems and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production tasks, managing resources and team performance, maintaining machinery and tools, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize efficiency and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This is an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

Skills

Expertise in low voltage switchgear production, assembly, and quality control processes

Strong skills in production planning, resource management, and team leadership

Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in an industrial environment

Ability to analyze and implement process improvements for operational efficiency

Proficiency in using production and inventory management software

Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the electrical systems or manufacturing industry
