The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to speak fluent Arabic and fluent English.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate guest seating.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming calls and answer guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and reservations.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth table rotation and guest flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving any guest concerns politely.
• Monitor waiting lists and keep guests updated on wait times.
• Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Represent the restaurant with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service (preferred).
