Job Summary:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience. Responsibilities:

• Expertly brew and prepare a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of each coffee product.
• Handle and grind coffee beans, as well as measure and mix ingredients to create various coffee blends.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic working environment.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to coordinate tasks and share information.

Skills

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
