Store Keeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory and storage of goods, ensuring that all items are accounted for and properly maintained. This role is vital in supporting our management consulting operations by ensuring that supplies are readily available and organized, contributing to the overall efficiency of our projects. The Store Keeper will work closely with various departments to understand their inventory needs and will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of our stock levels.

Responsibilities:

Store:

  • Supervise and monitor all incoming/ outgoing materials for call reports.
  • Monitoring the material request tie up on job order.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents related to all materials delivery.
  • Responsible for keeping and submitting delivery notes received in store.
  • Responsible for filling and keeping warranty cards for all units received with warranty.
  • Supervise unloading and loading of materials and units.
  • Posting the ac units, white goods and equipment deliver.
  • Reviewing material requisition (PR).
  • Updating the status of requisition (PR).
  • Responsible for making follow up supplier for delivery.
  • Responsible for updating receive/ delivery stock inventory on oracle system.
  • Updating weekly issuance from company stock in oracle system.
  • Updating the status of store on weekly meeting.
  • Ensuring that all required material needed on another site to be arrange for delivery with the approved requested forms from FM supervisor/ engr.
  • Ensure that all materials are properly arranged and inventory in store.
  • Report on any discrepancy or issue to the manager involved in the store.
  • Daily task:
  • Responsible for daily scheduling.
  • Verify the request for furniture before scheduled for delivery.
  • Receiving all requests which required movers.
  • Monitoring all daily completion.
  • Making a weekly completion and pending report request.

Vehicle monitoring:

  • Receiving weekly mileage.
  • Monitoring vehicle service
  • Monitoring and informing and update vehicle registration
  • Requesting for approval for any vehicle service need.

Skills

  • Inventory Management: Expertise in tracking inventory levels, managing stock movements, and utilizing inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and maintain storage areas effectively, ensuring that items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to catch discrepancies in inventory records and ensure all items are accounted for accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers, ensuring clear understanding of inventory needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues within inventory processes and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
