We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Founder and executive team with administrative, marketing, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, resourceful, and eager to grow with a fast-moving EdTech startup.

IUME is a US-based company with a subsidiary in Qatar, IUME works closely with ministries, schools, universities and educators to transform education where the focus is on learning and elevating students' academic achievements.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with document organization, filing, and project tracking.
Marketing & Communications
- Support social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) with bilingual content creation.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and public relations activities.
- Draft press releases, announcements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing assets.
Sales & Networking
- Assist in outreach to schools, organizations, and partners.
- Support proposal writing, presentation preparation, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM entries and track leads.
- Represent IUME professionally at networking and industry events.

Skills
Requirements (Must-have)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Resident in Qatar (with valid QID).
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with social media platforms.
- Motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
- Experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
- Background in education, EdTech, or technology startups.
- Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.
