We are looking for a talented PLC Engineer with expertise in Siemens PLC systems to join our innovative team in Qatar. This position plays a crucial role in the design, programming, and maintenance of automation systems utilizing Siemens PLC technology. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and be adept at troubleshooting and optimizing PLC systems to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Siemens PLC programs tailored to specific automation requirements in the industrial sector.
- Conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC systems to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate Siemens PLC systems with other automation technologies and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on Siemens PLC operations, programming, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programming changes, system configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing PLC programs and automation processes to enhance performance.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure all PLC systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for PLC-related initiatives.

Preferred Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience as a PLC Engineer, specifically with Siemens PLC systems and related technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Siemens programming languages, including TIA Portal and STEP 7, for effective program development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex PLC systems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and provide training to non-technical staff.
