We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG team in Doha. You will be responsible for driving product distribution and sales across supermarkets and Class B markets. You will maintain and build key relationships with decision-makers, ensure excellent market coverage and representation, and meet defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with supermarket chains and Class B/wholesale markets in the Doha area.
- Secure shelf space, negotiate promotions, and ensure product visibility in stores.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, and report field insights.
- Work independently using your own car, maintain mobility and availability throughout your territory.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets, provide weekly/monthly field reports.
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG outdoor sales, ideally in the Doha market.
- Established contacts with key persons in supermarkets and Class B markets within Doha.
- Valid Qatar driving licence and possession of your own car (essential).
- Strong communication skills (English; Arabic an advantage).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours; fieldwork across different locations.
