We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand to supervise and coordinate daily site activities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians or workers to ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.

Working Hours: 8hrs+2hrs Overtime

Salary: 2000 - 3000 QAR

Requirement: Valid QID

Hands-on Trade Expertise – Strong technical knowledge.

Worksite Supervision – Ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians or workers on-site.

Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation – Skilled at reading and understanding technical drawings and layout plans.

Knowledge of Tools & Equipment – Proficiency in using trade-related tools, machines, and testing instruments safely.

Project Execution – Understanding of site procedures, installation, fabrication, or maintenance activities.

Quality & Safety Compliance – Familiarity with industry standards, QA/QC requirements, and HSE policies.

Permit-to-Work System – Knowledge of PTW, lockout/tagout, and isolation procedures.

Reporting & Documentation – Ability to prepare daily progress reports, manpower records, and material usage logs.
