• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards for the display area and ensure product availability.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new launches, and company promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer feedback gracefully.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail or beauty role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Passionate about makeup, skincare, and beauty products.
• Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Transferable visa and availability to join immediately are preferred.
