• Leading theConstruction team consisting of Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Document Controllers, etc.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that it meets its objectives and stays on schedule

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

• Communicate project status, updates and changes to stakeholders and team members

• Collaborate with multiple Contractors to ensure effective project delivery

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and Client expectations

• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports and presentations

• Coach and mentor team members to ensure project success

• Maintain a strong understanding of project scope, objectives and requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards

Skills

REQUIREMENTS

-         Native Arabic Speaker (Must)

-         Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputed University

-         Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience (Overall)

-         Minimum 10 years of Supervision / project manager in Contracting companies.  

-         Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (Supervision)

-         Knowledgeable in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Landscape is a Must

-         Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, liaison and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multilingual environment

-         Ability to work under pressure

-   Previous experience in High-Profile Projects is an added advantage

-   Previous experience in Renovation and Maintenance Projects is an added advantage
