Role Summary
We are looking for a trustworthy and organized Housekeeper / House Manager (Filipina/Female) to take care of a private residence and ensure the comfort and well-being of our client. The ideal candidate has strong experience in house management and professional cleaning, with a high attention to detail and a service-minded attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of all rooms (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, etc.)
- Deep cleaning on a scheduled basis (kitchen, bathrooms, windows, inside cabinets, appliances)
- Laundry and ironing: washing, drying, folding, organizing wardrobes and linens
- Managing supplies: monitoring and replenishing cleaning products, toiletries, and household items
- Basic house management:
- Keeping the house tidy and organized at all times
- Coordinating with maintenance/service providers when needed
- Reporting any issues in the house (repairs, damages, malfunctions)
- Assisting with simple meal prep, serving, tea/coffee or snacks as requested (if applicable)
- Ensuring a high level of hygiene and cleanliness according to agreed standards
- Respecting the privacy and preferences of the client at all times
Skills
Requirements
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, house manager, or maid in a private home or similar environment
- Strong cleaning skills and knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Experience managing a household (planning cleaning schedule, organizing storage, following routines)
- Ability to follow instructions and household rules precisely
- Good communication skills; able to understand and speak basic English
- Honest, discreet, and respectful of privacy
- Physically able to perform housekeeping duties (lifting, bending, standing for periods, etc.)
