We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Female Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Az Zaayin, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that customer service is consistently excellent. You will work closely with the team to create a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires flexibility with an 8-hour work schedule, and we offer a competitive salary ranging from 3500 to 4000 QAR.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations by coordinating staff activities and managing workflows.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
- Monitor food quality and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in managing inventory and supply orders to ensure necessary items are available.
