Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in a variety of functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. HR Specialist will ensure a seamless integration of new employees into our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Management: Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, from offer acceptance to the end of the initial training period, ensuring all new hires receive necessary information and resources.
Collaborate with Departments: Follow up and work closely with hiring managers, and other departments to ensure the hiring and onboarding process is going smoothly.
Provide Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, who are addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
Documentation Management: Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and stored securely in compliance with company policies.
Weekly Reporting: Prepare weekly reports to update hiring managers on the onboarding progress, including new hires, completed activities, feedback, and action item.
Conduct Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and cultures.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of new onboarding strategies to enhance the overall experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 3/- years of HR experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suit
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
