This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor located in Doha, Qatar. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic, career, and personal development.

• Engage with prospective students via inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Schedule meetings, explain course details and guide students in selecting suitable programs.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure conversion of leads to enrollments.
• Keep accurate records of inquiries and conversions in the CRM system.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Customer Service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Persuasive, target-driven, and student-focused.
• Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
