As a member of the Country Management Team, the Head of HR will be the interface between the business and HR and will be responsible for formulating and delivering the relevant HR/People agenda for Qatar, aligning to both the Group HR and Qatar strategic agendas. Key prerequisites include: * Qatari National * Proven experience within the human resources function, ideally in the financial or professional services industry. * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively * Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies at a senior level * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field
