Guildhall is recruiting a QAQC Manager for a leading international infrastructure client on a major Roads O&M framework project in Qatar. This role requires strong technical, contractual, and multi-project coordination expertise to ensure successful delivery of framework projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Holds relevant certifications and has prior experience in similar roles within the international or MENA region.
• Demonstrated experience in road operations & maintenance (O&M) and performance-based contracts (PBC),with strong knowledge of SLA/KPI-driven payment contracts. Possesses training and expertise in road assets, asphalt pavement, and civil engineering.
• Previously served as a QA/QC Manager or in equivalent roles, showcasing extensive experience in managing multiple projects within framework agreements.
• Well-versed in Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and other relevant international standards.
• Experienced in QMS strategy and policy development, implementation, lifecycle maintenance, QA/QC planning, and applying a risk-based approach.
• Proven leadership at a strategic level in QA/QC management. Skilled in ISO audit processes with in-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 series.
• Strong capability in liaising with project owners, managing QA/QC documentation approvals, participating in technical meetings, and addressing project-related technical issues.
• Actively engaged in skills training and continuous development relevant to QA/QC and project management roles.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent). For official submission in Qatar, MOFA-stamped translations (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar) are typically required.
• Minimum of 10 years as a QA/QC Manager or in a similar position. CV must include detailed job descriptions, project locations, start and end dates, and defined roles and responsibilities.
• Qualified professional with the ability to manage and coordinate specialized activities, disciplines, or teams moderate size and complexity. Capable of independently executing complex assignments requiring the application of specialized principles.
• Experience outside of the MENA region (beyond Middle East and North Africa).
• Strong technical background combined with proven management competencies.
• Demonstrated experience in projects of similar size, scope, and performance-based contract structures.
• Degrees from institutions listed in WHED, with certified translations if not originally issued in English.
• Relevant certifications, with certified translations if not originally issued in English.
• Experience certificates from previous employers to validate professional history
