Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. - Manage seating arrangements and maintain waiting lists as needed. - Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash accurately. - Provide guests with menu information and assist with any inquiries. - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. - Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. - Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
