Job Summary:

We are seeking graceful, disciplined, and technically proficient Ballet Dancers to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have strong classical ballet training, stage presence, and a passion for performance. You will participate in rehearsals, live performances, and possibly tours, contributing to high-quality productions that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform classical and contemporary ballet routines as choreographed for stage productions, recitals, or special events.
• Attend regular rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and costume fittings.
• Learn choreography accurately and embody character roles as needed.
• Maintain physical fitness, flexibility, and technical excellence through regular training.
• Work closely with choreographers, dance captains, and other performers in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Adhere to performance schedules and rehearsal timelines.

Requirements:

• Formal ballet training (e.g., Vaganova, Cecchetti, RAD, or similar methods).
• Strong technique in pointe work (for female dancers) and partnering (for male dancers).
• Ability to express emotion and storytelling through movement and expression.
• Experience in solo, pas de deux, and ensemble performance work.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to take direction.

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with a professional ballet company or production.
• Background in contemporary, modern, or jazz dance styles.
• Experience in touring or international performances.
• Dance degree or certification from a recognized institution is a plus.
