We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in purchasing and procurement, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.
  2. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with contracts.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  6. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  7. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes.
