  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of TBG’s overall business strategy and plan.
  • Lead the execution of the marketing strategy across all sections to achieve and exceed targeted performance.
  • Formulate annual departmental goals and budgets, incorporating inputs from individual sections.
  • Provide business intelligence on current and future customer needs to enable informed decision making by TBG management.
  • Establish departmental performance dashboards to monitor and measure the achievement of plans and strategies.
  • Construct and manage the promotional and event calendar driven by customer needs.
  • Build and drive commercial campaigns to improve footfall in company stores.

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Mandatory experience in fashion retail marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends and customer insights to support business decision-making
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing promotional activities and in-store campaign
  • Strong brand management skills, with experience enhancing brand equity across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management across all levels
