We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Client Advisor to join our prestigious luxury brand team. As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, foster long-term relationships, and drive business results through personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and POS platforms.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a keen eye for detail.

  • Nurture a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily operations.
