We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a large-scale MEP and ELV stadium project in Saudi Arabia. The Project Director will be responsible for overall project strategy, leadership, and delivery — ensuring safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are successfully met across all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the successful execution of the MEP and ELV stadium project.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong project alignment and communication.
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address delays or risks.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, local regulations, and international standards.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all teams and phases of work.
• Lead the senior project team including project managers, discipline heads, and support functions.
• Support commercial and contractual matters including claims, variations, and project reporting.
• Report to senior management and client representatives with accurate project updates and forecasts.

Skills

• Minimum 15 - 20 years of total experience in MEP and ELV projects, including major infrastructure or stadium projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Proven track record as a Project Director on large-scale, fast-track projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
