You are responsible for carrying out the processing and liaison for the different HR and Admin services, in order to support the team in their day-to-day function and achievement of the Divisional objectives.
- Process and carry out all related HR transactions and requests by the Employees in the Division until its execution in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
- Handle the general Filing system of the admin to ensure the availability of records as and when required.
- Provide other necessary office support to Admin to ensure delivery of the Division’s objectives.
- Carry out and accomplish other instructions or requests, as instructed by the General Manager.
Skills
- Diploma in Administration, Office Management or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ work experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Good Communication Skills in English.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Preferably with a good understanding of HR admin and recruitment process.
- Oil and Gas experience is a plus.
Work Location: Head Office, Doha
Working Schedule: Fixed schedule | 6 days per week
