We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a complex MEP and ELV stadium project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage all on-site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality standards, and coordination across trades and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities



• Manage day-to-day construction activities for MEP and ELV works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, monitoring their performance and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure all installation works are completed as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly progress reports, and highlight risks or delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead weekly site coordination meetings with various disciplines to resolve technical and execution issues.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover stages in coordination with relevant teams.
• Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections, walkdowns, and approvals.

Skills

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in site execution of MEP and ELV systems, including large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in managing stadium or similar high-profile construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation methods, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction standards, site safety, and local regulations.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
