We are hiring a highly experienced Planning Manager to lead and manage the planning and scheduling function for a major MEP and ELV stadium project in Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing project timelines, monitoring progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the project is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule in coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans using Primavera P6 or other planning tools.
• Track and analyze project progress, identify delays, and provide corrective action plans.
• Ensure alignment of subcontractor schedules with the master program and monitor their performance.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and participate in decision-making for critical issues.
• Support commercial and claims teams with delay analysis and time impact assessments.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and interface with client and consultant planning representatives.
• Coordinate with the planning team to produce accurate progress reports and dashboards.
• Integrate cost and resource planning with scheduling to improve project controls.
• Ensure all planning documentation and reports are properly maintained and submitted.

Skills

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in project planning and scheduling, with strong MEP and ELV project background.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in stadium or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, earned value management, and construction workflows.
• Familiarity with Saudi project execution practices and reporting requirements.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
