Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong background in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related role, along with a technical qualification such as B.Tech, Diploma, or equivalent other bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement.
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, directing calls to the relevant department when necessary.
-Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
-Manage payment processing and order deliveries.
-Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget.
-Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through phone and in-person interactions.
-Schedule and coordinate appointments according to client availability.
-Oversee and ensure smooth operational processes related to technical services and customer support.
Requirements:
-B.Tech, Diploma, or other equivalent qualification in bachelor's degree or a related field.
-4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
-Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Arabic (spoken and written).
Additional Information:
-Candidates must be based in Qatar or KSA or be willing to relocate.
