  • Establishing professional first-level relationship by effectively interacting and assisting with customers' requests and inquiries.

  • Check the product merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed.

  • Report any merchandise discrepancies, disposals based on inventory, profit and loss to the department head

  • Closely monitoring expiry products displayed and in warehouse so that the older products can be replaced with new ones.

  • Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for approval from Supervisor.

  • During delivery ensure practice of First in First out (FIFO) upon putting products on display.

  • Consistent in quality checks through the day, on product freshness, and stock refilling.

  • Able to identify sensitive products and quality assurance at all times.

  • Assists and suggest to Supervisor depleted stocks for re-ordering based on the movement in the stock shelves.

  • Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

  • Assist customers in finding requested items or any concern related to pricing.

  • He has to keep the aisles clean and organized for the customers to easily find what they are looking for.

  • Ensure safety rules, production and sanitation standards are met.

  • Ensure that all products are properly displays, shelves are arrange and clean. and displays and missing labels.

Skills


  • High School graduate with 1 ‘year relevant experience / college-level preferable.

  • Have an effective communication and customer-service level skills.

  • Language Speaking: (good command in English; French and Basic Arabic an added advantage

  • GCC experience in similar industry is highly desirable.

  • Be able to deliver quality service/assistance to customers.

  • Honest, pro-active, dedicated and committed.

  • Excellent eye-for-detail, organized, good numeric skill.

  • Able to work on fast paced working environment.

  • Physically fit to do manual labour/heavy lifting (approx. 1kilo - 15 kilos).
