JOB PURPOSE:
The B2B Sales In-Charge is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors to expand Sport Cards Gallery’s presence in the Middle East. This role focuses on generating sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. As an individual contributor, the B2B Sales In-Charge plays a key role in driving business growth without direct managerial responsibilities.
B2B SALES & MARKET EXPANSION
- Develop and implement strategies to expand SCG’s B2B sales presence by identifying, acquiring, and retaining key clients across retail and hobby sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes.
- Proactively reach out to retailers, distributors, and corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track leads through the sales cycle to maximize conversion.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right product mix.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance SCG’s market positioning and ensure competitive pricing.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients to drive long-term business partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer customized solutions.
- Provide post-sales support to resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or product availability.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve SCG’s service and product offerings.
SALES OPERATIONS & ORDER FULFILLMENT
- Oversee the end-to-end B2B sales process, ensuring efficient order management, invoicing, and timely product delivery.
- Utilize ERP systems to process orders, track inventory, and manage client transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
- Monitor stock availability and collaborate with procurement teams to prevent shortages.
- Address operational challenges related to product pricing, stock levels, and customer requests.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Lead B2B contract negotiations by securing favorable terms that align with SCG’s business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop customized business proposals and pricing structures for potential partners.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand SCG’s reach within the trading card and collectibles market.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support the marketing team in creating targeted campaigns for B2B clients.
- Represent SCG at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to drive brand visibility and business growth.
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE TRACKING
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and revenue forecasts to track business growth.
- Generate sales reports and performance analytics to provide management with actionable insights.
- Analyze sales trends and client purchasing behaviors to refine strategies and improve decision-making.
- Assist in setting realistic sales targets and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth invoicing, payment collection, and revenue reconciliation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, collectibles, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Strong background in contract negotiation and closing business deals.
- Experience working with ERP systems for sales and order management.

- Fluency in Arabic (Native Speaker) and English (Excellent communication skills required).
