The Internal Communication Executive is responsible for contributing in promoting and ensuring good corporate reputation and culture of ABA Group by advising on, creating, developing and implementing coordinated communications strategies, plans and materials for the effective delivery of ABA Group-wide messages.
- Work in a broadly predictable environment, drawing on available financial and marketing intelligence, and predefined long and medium term vision, goals, and strategies.
- Work in a changing and unpredictable market environment with changes to external factors.
- Deal with management consultancies globally to acquire market intelligence and relevant data for research and benchmarking purposes.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in Business/Advertising & Marketing/ Communications/ Journalism.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications environment.
- Strong experience in writing and copywriting.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in MS.
- Ideally experienced in assisting implementation of Marketing and Communication Strategies and Plans in a complex environment.
- Ability to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner under significant time pressure.
