 Position Summary:

 

The Technicians’ Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the technical support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing technical staff, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor technical staff, including Apple Repair Technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

 

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes, ensuring adherence to Apple's quality standards.

 

  • Process Improvement: Implement and monitor technical procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical risks associated with products are identified and mitigated to enable a quality ramp, aligning with Apple's commitment to excellence.

 

  • Customer Support: Assist in resolving escalated technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

  • Reporting: Provide written reports on technical operations and performance metrics as required.


Skills

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Apple Certified Mac Technician certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical background in Apple products and services.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
