· Tracks and fully documents change for functional and business specifications

· Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.

· Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

· Contribute during different phases of project management.

· Should be proficient in technical documentation and understanding of technology enablers to help business growth.

· Must be from an IT background

· Any other required tasks

Skills

· Must have proven track record of exhibiting analytic and managerial skill.

· Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.

· Extract, anticipate, constraint, organize, safeguard, simplify and verify the business requirements

· Define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.

· A Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT

· Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
