  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across different departments. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Manager to understand the hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Create job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
