The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the management team within an automotive dealership and distributor environment. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings and other events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential information with discretion.

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing them as necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating training sessions.
