Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Les Roses Real Estate in Doha, Qatar. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining property standards.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Fluency in English languages is preferred. Knowledge of Arabic Language is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Available in Qatar
