Job Purpose:
To support the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency, and effectiveness of various HR Information Systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing and future ERP systems and third-party solutions. The role involves providing data-driven insights, developing scalable HR solutions, and ensuring high-quality system performance to meet organizational objectives.
Key Result Areas:
- Work closely with teams across the organization to create scalable HR solutions that meet our business needs.
- Lead technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and deliver real value.
- Analyze and present data insights to help leadership make informed decisions about recruitment, retention, and talent management.
- Ensure our HR systems integrate smoothly with other business applications, keeping everything running efficiently.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize ERP systems for reporting and analytics, providing clear insights to leadership.
- Support onboarding processes by integrating new employees into our HR systems and maintaining accurate and reliable data.
- Monitor and test data processes, troubleshoot system issues, and implement necessary updates or patches.
- Translate HR workflows into clear process maps or diagrams to improve how we work and use our systems.
- Take on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of work experience.
- The ability to adapt to various ERP systems and provide practical solutions for business needs.
- Experience juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong skills in HR technologies, ERP systems, and third-party integrations.
- Analytical skills to turn data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience creating visual workflows and process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
- Strong writing skills for drafting reports and clear communications. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
