We are looking for a skilled Contract Management & Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee contract administration, customer service, and compliance processes to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform affordability checks, loan/lease calculations, and verify customer documentation.
- Ensure compliance with credit approvals, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage contract activations, including LPO issuance, system updates, and documentation completeness.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, license renewals, and insurance processes.
- Handle early settlements, contract closures, and refinancing/novation requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including restructuring contracts, managing insurance claims, and processing various client requests.
- Maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats.

- Strong analytical skills for loan assessments and documentation verification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in managing customer data and responding to service requests.
- Familiarity with credit risk and compliance processes is an advantage.
