Key Responsibilities - Customer Support

Key Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
